Meet sweet Alan! You won't believe how lovely and cute Alan is! Here is what Alan wants you to know about him: "I am a very loving and precious boy. I cannot understand why or how I wound up in a high kill shelter, but somehow, I did. I waited for awhile and it was very scary. One day, my rescue mom walked up to my kennel and started talking to me. The shelter said I might not make it out, and I thought I was having a nightmare. When my rescue mom came to talk to me, I tried so hard to impress her! I wagged my tail, I licked her hand through the bars, and I howled- yes I howl occasionally. She smiled at me, and my heart was pounding so hard. Then she walked away... Shortly thereafter, a man came in a uniform, and took me to another area, and guess what!?
