Hi Guys!  My name is Blinky.  I did not know, but my foster mom, told me that I am the CUTEST chiweenie puppy on Earth.  I am a 6-7 month old puppy and I love playing in kiddie pools. I get along great with dogs of all sizes, and cats also. My foster mom loves me, and I love her, but I have to have my own special family!  I need an indoor home where I will be a loved and cherished family member.  I am neutered, chipped and vaccinated.
