Puppers is the cutest chi ever!! All he wants is a lap and loving arms to hold him. There is not much more I can say, except that he is absolutely adorable and really needs a fantastic and loving home. He will never stop loving you, and he is one of my favorite dogs in the rescue!! Puppers is in process with house training, but he is doing well and trying his hardest to remember.
